Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />CDS@CO.KITTITAS.WA.US <br />Office (509) 962-7506 <br />Fax (509) 962-7682 <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: April 16, 2019 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to set a public hearing for May 7th, 2019 at 2:00 pm for the Board of <br />County Commissioners to consider the Suncadia Phase 2 Division 5 Preliminary <br />Plat (LP-19-00001). <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Steve Lathrop, authorized agent for New Suncadia LLC, applicant, submitted an <br />application for a 64 lot preliminary plat with service and open space tracts on <br />approximately 41.3 acres of land that is zoned Master Planned Resort. The <br />proposed lots range in size from 0.31 acres to 0.52 acres. In conjunction with <br />this preliminary plat application, a site development plan was also submitted for <br />Suncadia Phase 2 Division 5. This preliminary plat is located off of Swiftwater <br />Drive, Cle Elum, WA 98922 within the Suncadia Master Planned Resort. <br /> <br />In conformance with the Seventh Amendment to the Suncadia Development <br />Agreement, Kittitas County Community Development Staff requests that the <br />Board of County Commissioners set a public hearing for May 7, 2019 at 2:00 pm <br />in the Commissioner’s Auditorium to hear public testimony and consider the <br />Suncadia Phase 2 Division 5 Preliminary Plat. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Community Development Services and Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve request to set a public hearing for May 7, 2019 at 2:00 pm in the <br />Commissioner’s Auditorium for BOCC consideration of the Suncadia Phase 2 <br />Division 5 Preliminary Plat. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Ad Text and Web Text <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Dusty Pilkington, Staff Planner
