BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0 UJ r <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO HOMELESS <br />HOUSING GRANT AGREEMENT HH2018-003. <br />WHEREAS, The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners and HopeSource, a <br />Washington non-profit corporation had previously entered into a Homeless Housing <br />Program Grant Agreement, and <br />WHEREAS, HopeSource has expended the initial sum of the amount granted to <br />them in that Agreement, and <br />WHEREAS, The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners and HopeSource wish <br />to continue to cooperate in doing so, and <br />WHEREAS, amendment of HH2018-003 to amend the sum allocated as allowed <br />by its provisions will enable that cooperation, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the <br />Amendment Agreement pursuant to Section 10.8 of Grant HH2018-003 is hereby <br />adopted upon signature by the parties. <br />RESOLUTION
