BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019-Ou) 5"° <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN BOARDS AND COMMITTEES DEFUNCT AND <br />DIRECTING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TO REMOVE THEM FROM WEBSITE <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County has formed boards and committees over time to achieve certain <br />objectives; and <br />WHEREAS, The Wildland-Urban Interface Modification Advisory Committee, Agricultural Land <br />Advisory Committee, County-Wide Fire Protection Plan Committee, and Land <br />Use Advisory Committee have completed their work toward achieving their <br />objectives; and <br />WHEREAS, Other committees, such as the Building & Fire Safety Board of Appeals, have <br />been inactive for many years; and <br />WHEREAS, These committees still appear on the County's Boards, Committees, and <br />Commissions website. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the following <br />boards and committees are hereby declared to be defunct: <br />1. Wildland-Urban Interface Modification Criteria Advisory Committee <br />2. Agricultural Land Advisory Committee <br />3. Building & Fire Safety Board of Appeals <br />4. County-Wide Fire Protection Plan Committee <br />5.
