KITTITAS COUNTY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND RECOVERY ADVISORY <br />BOARD <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS' AUDITORIUM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />MONDAY 7 P.M. January 14, 2019 <br />Board members present: Joy Stochosky; Jackie Herum; Deborah <br />Boudreau; Dede Utley; Doug Fulp. <br />Others: Nea Alfaro, Health Promotion Specialist; Dr. Harry <br />Kramer, Comprehensive Healthcare; Mike Stafford, Juvenile Court <br />Services; Dave Wilson, Merit Resource Services. <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Vice Chair Joy Stochosky called the meeting order at 7:08 P.M. <br />INTRODUCTIONS <br />Introductions were bypassed. It was noted that due to a one- <br />time scheduling conflict, Brett Wachsmith, Chair, was unable to <br />attend tonight's meeting. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA and PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES <br />Deborah Boudreau moved to approve the previous meeting minutes <br />as written. Jackie Herum seconded. The motion was unanimously <br />approved. Doug Fulp moved to approve the agenda. Dede Utley <br />seconded. The motion was unanimously approved. <br />UPDATE BH -ASO Report (Behavioral Health <br />Administrative Service Organization) <br />The Greater Columbia Behavioral Health Organization has changed <br />as of January 1, 2019 to a Managed Care Organization <br />(MCO)structure. There are four MCO's that will be available in <br />our region; Molina, Coordinated Care, Community Health and <br />Amerigroup. Discussion occurred reviewing MCO structure and <br />challenges. <br />
