November 5 , 2018 <br /> Board members present: Obie O' Brien, Chair; Joy Stochosky; <br /> Jackie Herum; Deborah Boudreau; Dede Utley; Doug Fulp. <br /> Others : Nea Alfaro, Health Promotion Specialist; Dr. Harry <br /> Kramer, Comprehensive Healthcare; Mike Stafford, Juvenile Court <br /> Services; Dave Wilson, Merit Resource Services . <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chair Obie O' Brien called the meeting order at 7 : 01 P.M. <br /> INTRODUCTIONS <br /> Introductions were made. It was noted that due to retirement, <br /> this is the last meeting with Commissioner Obie O' Brien as <br /> Chair. <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA and PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES <br /> Joy Stochosky moved to approve the previous meeting minutes as <br /> written. Deborah Boudreau seconded. The motion was unanimously <br /> approved. Joy Stochosky moved to approve the agenda. Jackie <br /> Herum seconded. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> UPDATE BH-ASO Report (Behavioral Health <br /> Administrative Service Organization) <br /> The Greater Columbia Behavioral Health Organization will change <br /> at the end of this year to Managed Care Organizations (MCO) . <br /> Obie O' Brien gave background, continuing discussion from the <br /> last meeting. There are four MCO' s that will be available in <br /> our region; Molina, Coordinated Care, Community Health and <br /> Amerigroup.
