(Effective: February 1, 2019- <br />February 28, 2019) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The agreement between Northwest Vital Records and KCPHD will allow Northwest Vital <br />Records Center to pick up and destroy (shred) our xrays that have reached retention. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on February 4, 2019. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on February 11, 2019 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Community Health <br />Supervisor on the Northwest Vital Records Center Agreement.
