Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />February 19, 2019 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator <br />on the Consolidated Contract Amendment 6. (Effective date: 01/01/2018-12/31/2020) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Consolidated Contract is the vehicle used by the Washington State Department of Health to <br />channel state authorized funding for programs and services to the Kittitas County Public Health <br />Department. The amendment amends Statements of Work for the following program: <br /> Maternal and Child Health Block Grant- -Effective July 1, 2018 <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on January 23, 2019 <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on February 4, 2019 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator <br />on the Consolidated Contract Amendment 6.
