BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO:2019-008 <br />A RESOLUTION TO RECLASSIFY THE UPPER KITTITAS COUNTY JUDGE POSITION <br />WHEREAS: Resolution No 91-102 established the process by which the salaries for the Judges of the <br />Upper and Lower Kittitas County District Courts are set; and <br />WHEREAS: The Upper Kittitas County District Court Judge position is currently classified as having <br />69% of a full-time workload; and <br />WHEREAS: The Upper Kittitas County District Court Judge position has been reclassified by the <br />Office of the Administrator of the Courts as a position with a workload of 100%; and <br />WHEREAS: The Upper Kittitas County District Court Judge determined that an increase to 80% FTE <br />was adequate for 2019, and the Board of County Commissioners approved funding at <br />80%; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Upper Kittitas County District Court Judge position is <br />hereby changed from 69% of a full-time position to 80% of a full-time position effective January 1, 2019 <br />and shall be compensated commensurately. <br />Adopted this -~/_5{-h ___ day of ~t/11., J l,{)vf··g~ , 2019. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
