Kittitas County <br />Human Resources <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />12/18/2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Request to Approve a Resolution Adopting Wage Ranges for Non-Union Employees <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Per Personnel Policy 5.1 - Wage Administration, during years when market data is not reviewed, the wage <br />range for each position may be adjusted by a set percentage. <br /> <br />It has been determined that the adjustment would equal 2.7%, to be applied to wage scales, not employees. <br /> <br />The attached document reflects the updated wage scales for 2019. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />Lisa Young, HR Director <br />Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />HR Recommends approval of the attached Resolution. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />Please route one copy to HR, and one copy to Payroll. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Lisa Young <br />
