Kittitas County <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br /> <br />Agenda Date: <br />December 18, 2018 <br /> <br />Action Requested: <br />Request the Board to approve and sign the agreement with Community Builders for the <br />2019 Law & Justice Council Grant Funds in the amount of $1,950 <br /> <br />Background: <br />September 18, 2018, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution 2018-148 <br />awarding the funds. <br /> <br />In the past the Auditor’s office has processed payments based upon the approval of the <br />Resolution, however for more clarification we have created the attached agreement for <br />each agency. <br /> <br />Services/Expenses that are reimbursed must be dated during the current year and final <br />date to submit reimbursements requests is July 31, after this date funds lapse. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Recommend the Board to approve the agreement with Community Builders for the 2019 <br />Law & Justice Council Grant Funds in the amount of $1,950 <br /> <br />Handling <br /> Distribute Judy Pless and she will mail to agency <br /> <br />Lead Staff <br />Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager <br />
