Kittitas County <br />Public Health Office <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />12/18/2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Request to approve Request to Approve Aspect Consulting Contract Change 22 related to the Schnebly <br />water rights purchase and lease agreement. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />When staff completed the Schnebly transfer process in 2017, the resulting Report of Examination ( ROE) <br />allowed for a 2 year development schedule to pursue a temporary permit for the 10 year lease portion of the <br />transfer. Kittitas County must obtain this temporary permit by June of 2019. <br /> <br />Aspect will take the lead on the front-loaded permit process. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br /> <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of the Aspect Consulting Change Contract 22 <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br /> <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Erin Moore <br />
