<br />A Resolution for the levying certification for the County Flood Control Zone District
<br />for municipal purposes of Kittitas County, Washington for the year 2019 according
<br />to the assessed valuation as determined in the year 2018.
<br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners has met and considered its budget for
<br />the calendar year 2019 ; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Board of County Commiss ioners , after hearing and after duly
<br />considering all relevant evidence and testimony presented , and
<br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, in accordance with RCW 84.52 .020 , the Board of County
<br />Commissioners for Kittitas County, do hereby certify that the following levy amounts be collected in 2019 as
<br />provided in the County's budget, including any refunds; which was adopted following a public hearing held
<br />on December 3rd 2018 :
<br />County-Wide Flood Control Zone
