KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: December 4, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) approve and <br />sign Resolution amending Resolution 2018-172, awarding funding for <br />Homelessness and Affordable Housing Grant #HH-AH-2018-05- <br />Spurling Place; and sign Grant Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: HopeSource applied for funding for the Spurling Place project. On <br />November 6, 2018 the BOCC signed Resolution No. 2018-172 <br />implementing previously passed Resolution 2017-007 Awarding <br />funding up to $500,000 for Homelessness and Affordable Housing <br />Grant #HH-AH-2018-01-Spurling Place. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: HopeSource’s legal representative requested changes to the language <br />in the Resolution.
