KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: December 4, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Interlocal Agreement Between the City of Cle Elum, Washington and the County of Kittitas, Washington for <br />the Housing of Inmates. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: This Interlocal Agreement is between the City of Cle Elum and Kittitas County for the Housing of Inmates from January 1, 2019 – December 31, 2020. The proposed daily rates <br />are $64.50 in 2019 and $66.50 in 2020 (approximately a 3% increase). <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office has reviewed and approved this Interlocal Agreement. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Cle Elum, Washington and the County of Kittitas, Washington for <br />the housing of inmates. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please return one fully executed original to KCSO, which we will provide to the City for its records. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Undersheriff Clay Myers <br /> <br />
