Th e late t exten sion was fro m June 3 0 20 18 to D ecem be r Jl, 2 0 18. <br />Section 12 of the Agreement allows for written mod ification . We propose to exte nd t he te r m of our <br />sco pe of work until Decem ber 31 2 01 9, und er the same scope of work and terms and conditions of <br />th e o ri gin a l Agreement, w ith the excepti on that tJ1 e monthly fee is reduced to $8 ,000 . We will <br />cont in ue to provide the co un ty wi th monthl y inv o ices including time and subject descriptions. <br />We believe that significant progress has been made under the original scope of work and that this <br />term extension will enable Kittitas County to complete several water banking transactions , necessary <br />permitting, addressing legislative issues, and other actions relating to water resource management <br />issues. <br />A proposed modification is attached for your review and approval.
