Kittitas County <br />Public Health Office <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />11/20/2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Request to approve Professional Services Agreement extension between Kittitas County and Plauche' and <br />Carr LLP & Bill Clarke. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Kittitas County entered into a Professional Services Agreement with Plauche' and Carr LLP and Bill Clarke <br />in 2013 to work on water resource acquisitions, program development, transfer projects, and legislative <br />issues. Kittitas County would benefit by continuing to have the support offered in this agreement, at least for <br />2019. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br /> <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of Professional Services Agreement extension between Kittitas County and <br />Plauche' and Carr LLP and Bill Clarke. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br /> <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Erin Moore <br />
