KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: November 20, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Set a Hearing to consider an Administrative <br />Appeal – Determination of Non-Significance & Kittitas <br />County Public Works Maintenance Facility (PF-18-00001). <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: On August 29, 2018 the Kittitas County Board of <br />Commissioners office received an appeal from Attorney <br />Duana Kolouskova on behalf of appellants Citizens <br />Alliance for Property Rights, Western Elite, Inc. Services <br />and Doug Weiss (collectively “Western Elite”). The appeal <br />is of the Determination of Non-Significance and Kittitas <br />County Public Works Maintenance Facility (File No. PF- <br />18-00001). <br /> <br />INTERACTION: According to Kittitas County Code Chapter 15A.07.010 the <br />Administrator and the Board of County Commissioners <br />Chairman are to prepare a briefing schedule as well as the <br />date, time, and location for a hearing. On September 11, <br />2018 the appellant was notified of the briefing schedule as <br />including a hearing date of December 4, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Set a hearing to consider an appeal of the Citizens Alliance <br />for Property Rights, Western Elite, Inc.
