BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTIOTT <br />NO. 2018-6 l . <br />RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CHAIRMAN'S SIGNATURE ON THE <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH EDNETICS FOR VOiP SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. R-2018-140, the Board of County Commissioners, <br />awarded the bid for VOIP services to Ednetics; and <br />WHEREAS, the Professional Service Agreement detailing the terms and conditions surrounding <br />the services to be provided, has been reviewed and approved, and is attached <br />hereto and incorporated by reference; and <br />WHEREAS, authorization is required by the Board of County of Commissioners before services <br />can be provided; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas <br />County, Washington, hereby authorizes execution of the Professional Services <br />Agreement with Ednetics for VOIP services. <br />DATED this fYJW day of {flpir;b&v • 2018, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />K~,c_,.
