<br />RATIFY THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR'S SIGNATURE ON THE PROJECT
<br />CLOSEOUT INVOICE WITH KITTITAS COUNTY CONSERVATION DISTRICT FOR
<br />UPDATING THE 2018 COUNTY WILDFIRE PROTECTION PLAN
<br />WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners entered into an interlocal agreement with
<br />Kittitas County Conservation District (KCCD) in Resolution 2017-200 updating
<br />the County Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP); and
<br />WHEREAS: The authorized amount for updating the CWPP was set at $20,000.00; and
<br />WHEREAS: Final project expense exceeded the authorized amount by $2,260.61; and
<br />WHEREAS: The Public Works Director did sign the final project invoice including the overage
<br />amount of $2,260.61; and
<br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the
<br />best interest of the public, does hereby ratify the Director's signature on the final closeout
<br />invoice from KCCD for the 2018 County Wildfire Protection Plan update.
