BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2018-i L{O <br />RESOLUTION TO AWARD THE BID FOR VOICE OVER IP PHONE SYSTEM AND SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County Information Technology (KCIT) published a Request for Proposals <br />(RFP) for a voice over IP (VoIP) phone system and services in the Daily Journal of <br />Commerce on January 18, 2018 after receiving the Kittitas County Board of <br />Commissioners' (BOCC) approval on January 16, 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, KCIT received ten (10) responses, eight (8) of which were deemed responsive and <br />timely. KCIT performed an initial review ofthe (8) responses and found three (3) to be <br />complete and meeting all requirements: All Phase, Cerium Networks, and Ednetics; and <br />WHEREAS, A review panel reviewed and scored the three (3) complete responses. The top two <br />(2), Cerium Networks and Ednetics, presented their proposed solution and equipment to <br />the review panel; and <br />WHEREAS, The review panel determined Ednetics be the vendor with the highest RFP response <br />rating, the favored equipment and solution, and the least expensive solution; and <br />WHEREAS, KCIT and the RFP review panel recommends the BOCC award the bid to Ednetics; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County, <br />Washington, in the best interest of the public, hereby awards the bid for VoIP phone <br />system and services to Ednetics. <br />DATED this tj1;:J-day of ~'l(,Pt:£ , 2018, at Ellensburg, Washington . <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />l ASO <br />I <br />D Clerk of the Bo rd, Julie Kjorsvik <br />~uty Clerk of the Board, Mandy Buchholz
