KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: 08/21/2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to approve resolution to adopt amended metering agreement <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County has required the attached metering agreement to be recorded on the title of all Kittitas County Water Bank customers’ parcel since December 2015.
