(Effective Dates: Upon Signature-December 31, 2018) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Washington State Department of Health Data Sharing Agreement allows the health <br />department to share data in regards to Comprehensive Hospital Abstract Reporting System <br />(CHARS), Birth, Fetal Death, Linked Birth-CHARS, and Linked Birth-Infant Death data files. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office: Reviewed and approved July 16, 2018. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved July 18, 2018. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the Washington State DOH Data Sharing <br />Agreement (No signatures required).
