KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: August 7, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Software called CareSuite by <br />QuickMAR User License Agreement and Business Associate Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: This agreement is between the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and <br />Med Management Technology, LLC for the use of the vendor’s software known as <br />“CareSuite by QuickMAR”. This software is used by the County Corrections facility to <br />track inmate pharmaceutical products. The County is billed monthly based on the number <br />of inmates needing this service. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Software called CareSuite by <br />QuickMAR User License Agreement and Business Associate Agreement. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please return two signed originals to KCSO for us to provide to the <br />vendor.
