KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: July 3, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge the DSHS Administration Juvenile <br />Justice and Rehabilitation Administration County Program Agreement Jail Services for <br />18 years and older. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The purpose of this Program Agreement Statement of Work is for the <br />Sheriff of Kittitas County to provide detention services at the Kittitas County Corrections <br />Center for Juvenile Justice and Rehabilitation Administration (JJ&RA) youth eighteen <br />(18) years old or older who are accepted for admittance at the direction of the JJ&RA. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: This professional services agreement was reviewed and approved by <br />the Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge the DSHS Administration Juvenile <br />Justice and Rehabilitation Administration County Program Agreement Jail Services for <br />18 years and older. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please send KCSO two signed originals.
