KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: July 3, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve Rental Agreement between Kittitas <br />County Sheriff’s Office and Central Storage. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office has worked with Central Storage <br />and currently has units rented with them. However, due to an increasing need for secure <br />evidence storage as well as general storage for the Office, an additional space is <br />necessary. This agreement provides an additional 1,620 s.f. of space (unit #7403). Once <br />our current storage needs are addressed we will evaluate the need for further storage <br />space at the Administrative office location. <br /> <br />Funds for this expenditure will come from within the existing KCSO budget. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: This professional services agreement was reviewed and approved by <br />the Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve Rental Agreement between Kittitas <br />County Sheriff’s Office and Central Storage. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please return two sets of signed originals to Kittitas County Sheriff’s <br />Office. We will have the vendor sign both original sets and return one to the BOCC for <br />County records. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff
