The ordinance <br />extending the moratorium is attached. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: CDS, Prosecuting Attorney, Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Ordinance extending moratorium for six months or until standards and/or criteria for <br />siting solar facilities are adopted, whichever occurs first. <br /> <br />STAFF <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Board approve the ordinance. <br /> <br />HANLDING: Presentation to the Board by Kittitas County Community Development Services. <br /> <br />RESPONSIBLE STAFF: Dan Carlson, AICP, Community Development Services Director <br />
