The <br />total purchase price is $468,155.40. <br /> <br />This purchase will fulfil a portion of the County’s back mitigation requirement per the <br />Settlement Agreement. <br /> <br />Purchase and Sale Agreement and Final Ecology Report of Examination Attached. <br /> <br />
