BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017-/"1 g <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE BY-LAWS OF THE KITTITAS <br />COUNTY REGIONAL LIBRARY BOARD <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br />On January 16, 1996 the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners <br />approved Resolution No. 96-09, which established the Kittitas County <br />Regional Library Board; and <br />On August 15,2017 the Kittitas County Regional Library Board reviewed <br />and recommended an amendment to the current By-Laws; <br />The proposed amendment to the Kittitas County Regional Library Board <br />Bylaws adds an option for the Central Washington University's Brooks <br />Library Board to appoint a member if they decide to participate; and <br />The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners has the authority to establish <br />and alter the Kittitas County Regional Library Board By-Laws by <br />Resolution; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners <br />hereby affirms and approves the attached By-Laws as recommended by <br />the Kittitas County Regional Library Board. <br />Dated this g..th day of November 2017. <br />~~Z!-::;;:~F";:C~OUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />UNTY, WASHINGTON <br />La Os Ie aa, Vice-Cha\Fman <br />~fJSr~ <br />Obie O'Brien, Commissioner
