<br />TO DESIGNATE KITTITAS COUNTY APPLICANT AGENT AND ASSIGN NEW
<br />ALTERNATE APPLICANT AGENT FOR PRESIDENTIAL DISASTER
<br />DECLARATION FEMA 4249-DR-WA SEVERE STORMS, STRAIGHT-LINE WINDS,
<br />FLOODING, LANDSLIDES, AND MUDSLIDES EVENT NOVEMBER 12 -21,2015
<br />WHEREAS : Resolution No. 2016-036 designated Mark Cook, Public Works Director, as the
<br />Applicant Agent and Kathy Jurgens, Finance System Manger, as the Alternate
<br />Applicant Agent for Presidential Disaster Declaration FEMA 4249-DR-W A
<br />Severe Storms, Straight-line Winds, Flooding, Landslides, and Mudslides Event
<br />Storm Winter Storm and Flood Event November 12 -21,2015; and
<br />WHEREAS: These representatives are authorized on behalf of Kittitas County to execute all
<br />contracts, certify completion of projects, request payments, and prepare all
<br />required documentation for funding requirements; and
<br />WHEREAS: Kathy Jurgens, Finance System Manger is scheduled to retire effective November
<br />30,2017.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the best
<br />interest of the public, does designate Mark Cook, Public Works Director, as the Applicant Agent
<br />and Lucas Huck, County Engineer, as the Alternate Applicant Agent for Presidential Disaster
<br />Declaration FEMA 4249-DR-WA Severe Storms, Straight-line Winds, Flooding, Landslides, and
<br />Mudslides Event Storm Winter Storm and Flood Event November 12 -21,2015.
