BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 20 l"f 0 18 <br />RESOLUTION TO RETURN PROPERTY TO THE WASHINGTON STATE <br />DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH <br />WHEREAS, the Washington State Department of Health provided a fixed and mobile satellite <br />phone and accompanying satellite equipment to the Kittitas County Public Health <br />Department; and <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Public Health Department no longer has a need for such <br />equipment; and <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Public Health Department desires to return the equipment to <br />the Washington State Department of Health; and <br />WHEREAS, the Washington State Department of Health has agreed to accept the return of the <br />equipment. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas <br />County, Washington, hereby authorizes the Kittitas County Public Health Department to return <br />the above-described property to the Washington State Department of Health. <br />DATED this 11th day of 6t~ ,20111, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ;;:;g;JUNrY.
