This opportunity may consist of <br />an in-person meeting or conference call , depending on the complexity of the project and <br />the recipient's level of experience with federal grants. Once this opportunity has been <br />provided, the grant recipient's project manager certifies to the grant requirements, <br />including the following elements: <br />Contract Provisions <br />0 Billing procedure 0 Political activity/Hatch Act <br />0 Project Reporting 0 Suspension & debarment <br />0 Nondiscrimination 0 Contract Termination <br />0 Drug-Free workplace 0 Buy America Act <br />0 State Lobbying 0 Federal Lobbying <br />Project changes and amendments <br />Quarterly and final reports <br />Third~party contracts <br />Indirect costs (Cost Allocation Plan or Federal Cognizant Agency rate approval letter) <br />Project Income Requirements <br />Promotional/Incentive Item Purchase Restrictions <br />Equipment purchases (approval and trackinQ requirements) <br />Travel rules (State Administrative & Accounting Manual-http ://ofm .wa .Qov/policV/1 O.htm ) <br />Light Refreshments Policy (WTSC Policy #7 .5~ http://wtsc.wa .Qov/resQurces/po licies/) <br />Single audit requirements <br />Time keeping requirements <br />I understand the items listed above or they have been explained to me by <br />representaf ashington Traffic Safety Commission . <br />!a I!1!--U> l-( <br />.
