BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2016 -DII <br />TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER #11 FOR <br />THE TEANA WAY PAVING PROJECT <br />WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners authorized road improvements to <br />Teanaway Road (Resolution 2015-104) in the amount of$3,000,300.00; <br />and <br />WHEREAS: Additional Costs are required for Hot Mix Asphalt, guard rail and other <br />associated items; and <br />WHEREAS: The Contractor has offered unit price extensions for each; and <br />WHEREAS: It has been determined that the Change Order Total is $113,172.43; the <br />Director of Public Works recommends approval of Change Order # 11. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in <br />the best interest of the public, does hereby approve Change Order # 11 for <br />the Teanaway Paving Project for the amount of $113,172.43. <br />DATED on this 5th day of January, 2016, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />&~~LJffZ[t2 - <br />?iZ2 z---==----- <br />Co~iSSJ)ner
