The proposed Amendment No. 3 would address <br />additional costs associated with the Comprehensive Plan update. The costs result <br />from unanticipated working group meetings, additional review of previous public <br />participation, and additional research related to the capital facilities and utilities <br />elements. <br /> <br /> Total requested increase of Amendment No. 3 is for $26,500. The Comprehensive <br />Plan update budget, if this amendment is approved, will total $114,591 and the <br />total Contract (Comprehensive Plan and CAO), if amended, will total $150,591. <br />CDS budgeted for this increase in the 2018 budget and is not requesting an <br />amendment to the approved 2018 budget. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners and Community Development Services <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Sign Amendment No. 3 of the Professional Services Agreement with SCJ Alliance <br /> <br />HANDLING: None <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Proposed Amendment No. 3 of SCJ Alliance Professional Services Agreement <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Dan Carlson, AICP, Community Development Services Director
