Staff originally submitted an enabling ordinance for the <br />April 3, 2018 Board Agenda Session, but pulled the item from the agenda to make <br />some additional changes to the ordinance. A track-changes version of the ordinance <br />is attached to assist in review. The changes from the April 3rd version are described <br />below: <br /> <br /> Condition 1 <br /> References to staffing, personnel, and training have been removed in order to comply <br />with RCW 82.02.050(5). <br /> <br /> Condition 28.1 <br /> A statement that road mitigation would not be required has been removed. The <br />Board added road mitigation requirements at Condition 48. <br /> <br /> Condition 29 and 30 <br /> The Board removed parks and recreation and police mitigation requirements at <br />Condition 1.
