This will include a change in purpose of <br />use and place of use. <br /> <br />That said right, under priority date of June 30, 1901, authorizes the diversion of 2.175 cubic feet <br />per second and 706.061 acre-feet per year from Spring Creek at two points of diversion: POD No. <br />1 being 1400 feet south and 125 feet east from the northwest corner of Section 30 and being <br />within Government Lot 2 (SW¼NW¼) of Section 30; AND, POD No. 2 being 100 feet south <br />and 550 feet east from the west quarter corner of Section 30 and being within Government Lot 3 <br />(NW¼SW¼) of Section 30, both within T. 17 N., R. 18 E.W.M. <br /> <br />That the applicant proposes to change the purpose of use to year-round instream flow and <br />mitigation, and change the place of use to Spring Creek and the Yakima River. <br /> <br />Full notice attached. <br /> <br />
