BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2018-_______ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE INTERAGENCY AGREMENT BETWEEN <br />CENTRAL WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY AND KITTITAS COUNTY PUBLIC <br />HEALTH DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County, through the Kittitas County Public Health Department (KCPHD), <br />is charged with the preservation, promotion, and improvement of health in the <br />County; and <br />WHEREAS, Central Washington University requires a baby changing station for its 2018 <br />Ellensburg Commencement; and <br />WHEREAS, KCPHD has the volunteers, staff, equipment and expertise in providing such <br />services; and <br />WHEREAS, the Parties agree these services should be delivered in the manner detailed in the <br />agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas <br />County, Washington, hereby authorizes the Kittitas County Public Health <br />Department to execute an Agreement with Central Washington University that is <br />attached hereto, and incorporated herein by reference. <br />DATED this __________ day of ____________________, 2018, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br /> <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> __________________________________________ <br /> Laura Osiadacz, Chair <br /> <br /> __________________________________________ <br /> Obie O’Brien, Vice-Chair <br /> <br /> __________________________________________ <br /> Paul Jewell, Commissioner <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />_____________________________ <br />Clerk of the Board <br />□ Julie Kjorsvik <br />□ Mandy Buchholz
