Cook, PE Director <br />Ms. Patti Johnson <br />Solid Waste/Maintenance Director <br />925 Industrial Way <br />Ellensburg WA 98926 <br />RE: Permit Center — Bathrooms <br />Dear Ms. Johnson: <br />I am writing to request you place this letter of appreciation into the files of: Mr. Tim Egan, Mr. <br />Rick Munson, Mr. Kevin O'Shaughnessy and Mr. Don Pederson — for outstanding effort <br />remodeling the Permit Center bathrooms. Under the capable leadership of Mr. Egan, all <br />employees at the Permit Center now enjoy a clean updated toilet facility. Using existing <br />enclosures and adding new fixtures as needed, the bathrooms were remodeled at minimum <br />expense with maximum result. <br />During the remodel, your staff was courteous and conscientious noticing employees of shifting <br />bathroom accommodations. At no time during the effort were the bathrooms completely out of <br />service. The scheduling of the work and phasing of the work was well managed by Mr. Egan. 1 <br />appreciate your willingness allowing the work to proceed and the trust that you placed in Mr. <br />Egan leading the effort. <br />Sincerely, <br />Mark R.
