This will include a change in purpose of use and place <br />of use. <br /> <br />That said right, under priorit y date of June 30, 1872, authorizes the diversion of 1.20 cubic <br />feet per second and 275.64 acre-feet per year from Cooke Creek at 600 feet south and 200 feet <br />east from the north quarter corner of Section 18, being within the NW¼NW¼NE¼ of <br />Section 18; AND, 1200 feet north and 450 feet west from the south quarter corner of Section <br />18, being within the NE¼SE¼SW¼ of Section 18, both within T. 18 N., R. 20 E.W.M . <br /> <br />The County proposes to change the purpose of use to instream flow and mitigation, and <br />change the place of use to Cooke Creek, Cherry Creek, Wilson Creek, and the Yakima <br />River. <br /> <br />Full notice attached. <br /> <br />
