On January 9, 2018, the Hearing Examiner issued <br />an order to reopen the record for the exclusive purpose of reviewing the record to <br />issue an Amended Recommendation that includes specific discussion as to whether <br />there is sufficient evidence in the record to support the criteria in KCC 17.36.045. <br />On February 8, 2018, the Hearing Examiner issued an Additional Recommended <br />Finding of Fact and an Order Closing the Record.
