KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: March 21, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve Professional Services Agreement <br />between Northwest Assessment Service, PLLC and Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: This agreement is between Kittitas County and Northwest <br />Assessment Service, PLLC for conducting psychological evaluations, conducting <br />interviews of applicants for employment or reserve service, and preparing and conveying <br />reports of psychological findings and applicant evaluations for the Kittitas County <br />Sheriff’s Office. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve Professional Services Agreement <br />between Northwest Assessment Service, PLLC and Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please return one fully executed original to Kittitas County Sheriff’s <br />Office so we can send it to the vendor for her records. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Clay Myers, Undersheriff
