KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: April 3, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Amendment to Professional Services <br />Agreement between Kittitas County and FCI Custom Cars. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The purpose of this Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas <br />County Sheriff’s Office and FCI Custom Cars is to update and continue the agreement <br />until December 31, 2018 and extend the agreement for additional one year terms upon <br />mutual agreement of both parties in writing. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Amendment to Professional Services <br />Agreement between Kittitas County and FCI Custom Cars. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please return one fully executed copy to the Kittitas County Sheriff’s <br />Office for the vendor’s records. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Sgt.
