KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: April 3, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Consider the Reappointment of Carole Miller <br />Rhodes to the Kittitas County Housing <br />Authority Board and authorize Staff to sign a <br />letter of appointment. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: As of April 6, 2018, Ms. Miller Rhodes term on <br />the Kittitas County Housing Authority will <br />expire. <br /> <br /> Staff sent notice to Ms. Miller Rhodes on <br />March 1, 2018 notifying her of her term on the <br />Board coming to an end and to inform her <br />about the reappointment process. <br /> <br /> <br />INTERACTION: On March 23, 2018 Staff received a letter from <br />Ms. Carole Miller Rhodes requesting the Board <br />of County Commissioners consider <br />reappointing her. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Reappoint Ms. Miller Rhodes for a 5 year term <br />effective immediately. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Staff to notify applicant and the Housing <br />Authority of the Board’s Decision. <br /> Letter from Carole Miller Rhodes <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Letter from BoCC Staff <br /> Letter from Carole Miller Rhodes <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II
