KITTITAS COUNTY <br />TREASURER'S OFFICE <br />STAFF REPORT <br />PUBLIC HEARING: April 19, 2016 <br />RE: Public Hearing to consider Applications for Resale of Tax Title <br />Properties <br />BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Treasurer's Office has received two <br />completed applications for the resale of tax title properties. <br />One application for parcel #669433 and one application for <br />parcels #222934, #232934, #242934, #252934, #022934 <br />and #012934. <br />INTERACTION: The Treasurer met with the Board of County <br />Commissioners on April 5`h, 2016 and a Public Hearing <br />was set for April 19`h, 2016. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Treasurer has directed his staff to prepare Excise <br />documents and Deeds in preparation for filing should the <br />sale of these properties go through. <br />HANDLING: <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />LEAD STAFF: Brett Wachsmith, Kittitas County Treasurer <br />
