This ordinance includes all <br />the Shoreline Master Program changes agreed to by Kittitas County and the <br />Washington State Department of Ecology through the conditional approval process. <br /> <br />This ordinance also includes the necessary changes to Kittitas County Code and the <br />Kittitas County Comprehensive Plan to reflect the updated Shoreline Master Program <br />which became effective on March 7, 2016. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: CDS, Prosecuting Attorney, Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Exhibits A through E, attached as one document <br /> <br />STAFF <br />RECOMMENDATION: CDS Planning Official recommends to the Board of County Commissioners to <br />approve the necessary amendments to the Kittitas County Code and Kittitas County <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />HANLDING: Presentation to the Board by Kittitas County Community Development Services. <br /> <br />RESPONSIBLE STAFF: Angela San Filippo, Planner II <br />
