Kittitas County <br />Public Health Office <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />3/15/2016 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas <br />County and the Trellis Center. (Effective dates: January 1, 2016 through June 30, 2016) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and the Trellis Center outlines contractor’s <br />scope of work. The agreement is established with the Trellis Center so they can provide a coordinated and <br />comprehensive local program of services for persons with developmental disabilities. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved by the Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office on <br />February 22, 2016. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved by the Kittitas County Auditor’s Office on March <br />2, 2016. <br /> <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas <br />County and the Trellis Center. (Effective dates: January 1, 2016 through June 30, 2016) <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />The Clerk of the Board notifies the Auditor’s Office of approval and return on signed agreement to public <br />health. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Candi Blackford <br />
