Kittitas County <br />District Court, Lower <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />3/15/2016 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Request to approve a contract for collection services between Lower Kittitas County District Court and <br />Dynamic Collectors, Inc. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The court is contracting with Dynamic Collectors, Inc. in an effort to hopefully recoup more outstanding <br />revenue existing from assessed restitution, court fines, and fees. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />The Prosecutor's Office has reviewed and approved contract as to form. Human Resources has reviewed <br />and approved the certificate of liability insurance attached. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve the new contract for collection services between Lower Kittitas County District Court and <br />Dynamic Collectors, Inc. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />Original - Clerk of the Board. <br />Copy - LDC <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Christine Luvera <br />
