The agreement will provide a mechanism for collaborative work, completion <br />of deliverables, and transfer of funds necessary to carry out the health improvement initiatives <br />associated with the North Central Washington Healthy Communities Obesity, Diabetes, Heart and Stroke <br />Prevention Program.
