KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: January 5, 2016 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Acknowledge/Appointment of Registered Agent for the Housing <br />Authority of Kittitas County. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Former Executive Director Perry Rowe retired in 2014. His <br />replacement Jeff Mauceri has been active since then. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Board of County Commissioners Office received a letter <br />December 3, 2015 from Mr. Mauceri explaining that since the <br />retirement of former Executive Director Perry Rowe it has come to <br />his attention that Mr. Rowe should be removed as registered agent <br />for the Housing Authority and he be appointed to that position. <br /> <br /> Staff submitted a request to the County Prosecutor (32170) for <br />direction on how to handle the request as it hasn’t come up before. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Acknowledge the Appointment of Executive Director Jeff Mauceri <br />to the Housing Authority of Kittitas County. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Notify Mr. Mauceri his requested Action has taken place. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Letter from Mr. Mauceri <br /> PA Request #32170 <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board
