Ruby SL, Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />CDSUCO.KITTITAS.WA.US <br />I Office (509) 962-7506 <br />T = `Building Partnerships— Building Communities"" Fax (509) 962-7682 <br />� =iamt cxv1� <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: September 15, 2009 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Conduct Closed Record Meeting for the Marion Performance Based <br />Cluster Plat (P-06-06). <br />BACKGROUND: Chad Bala of Terra Design Works, Inc., authorized agent for Fowler <br />Creek Trust, landowner, for an application for a 12 -lot Performance <br />Based Cluster Plat pursuant to Kittitas County Code 16.09 on <br />approximately 18.02 acres of land that is zoned Agriculture -3. <br />The subject property is located south of Nelson Siding road and west of <br />the City of Cie Elum and Golf Course road, on Nelson Siding road, Cie <br />Elum, WA 98922 located in SE '/4 Section 27, T. 20N. R. 14E, W.M., in <br />Kittitas County. Tax Parcel number 20-14-27040-0014. <br />The Hearing Examiner conducted an open record hearing July 9, 2009 to <br />consider this matter where testimony was heard.
