SECOND AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND KITTITAS COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE <br /> <br /> This Contract amendment, dated ________________, 2017 is made and entered into by <br />and between KITTITAS COUNTY (“County”), a subdivision of the State of Washington, and <br />Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce (“Contractor”)(collectively “the parties”). <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the parties executed a professional services agreement for tourism related <br />work on January 1, 2017; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, section 12 – “Modification”, of the General Conditions, provides that the <br />agreement may be amended in writing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the compensation (Exhibit “B”) to provide for <br />funding of the purchase of I-pads that will provide a digital survey tool for events. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the terms and conditions herein, the County and <br />the Contractor mutually agree to amend Exhibit “B” – Compensation to provide funding for the <br />purchase of I-Pad to develop a digital survey tool. The funding m ade available for this purpose <br />is exclusive and shall not exceed $3,000.00.
